What we collect

The property address you enter, which we use to look up publicly available Allegheny County assessment records — the same records anyone can already search on the county's own website. If you purchase a report, our payment processor (Dodo Payments) handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell your address, contact information, or purchase history to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

What we store

We keep a record of which parcels have been purchased so we can serve your report back to you, and standard payment records required for accounting and fraud prevention.
